Gifts of Real Estate
Donating appreciated real estate, such as a home, vacation property, undeveloped land, farmland, ranch or commercial property can make a great gift to the Catholic Foundation of Northwest Pennsylvania for the benefit of a parish, cemetery, Catholic school, or ministry of your choice.
Gifts of Retirement Assets
A gift of your retirement assets, such as a gift from your IRA, 401k, 403b, pension or other tax deferred plan, is a smart, tax-advantaged way to make a gift. By making a gift of your retirement assets to the Foundation designated for an existing permanent endowment(s) or to establish a new endowment, you will make a major impact on the future of the Catholic Church in northwest Pennsylvania.

A gift of a life insurance policy is an excellent way to make a gift to us. If your life insurance policy is no longer needed or will no longer benefit your survivors, consider making a gift to help further our mission to build a strong and flourishing Church in our diocese.
